Update (4th Jan 2010)

CSL has developed a swine flu vaccine called Panvax.  This has been released by the Govenment to certain health providers.  Medimobile is currently providing swine flu vaccination clinics nationwide.  In the meantime, the World Health Organisation (WHO) has recommended that all seasonal flu vaccines for 2010 should contain protection against swine flu along with 2 other strains of seasonal influenza.  The Government and vaccine manufacturers have accepted this recommendation which means that we will be vaccinating against seasonal flu and swine flu in one vaccine from March 2010.
