Shipping and Delivery
Times and Costs
Most of our orders are dispatched from the warehouse in the same day, so please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Orders will be delivered via Australia Post or courier service.
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at email@example.com or call 1300 600 339 within Australia or +61 (0)7 3868 2255 outside of Australia, 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (AEST) so that we may assist you.
If you would like to deliver your parcel to a country outside Australia please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +61 (0)7 3868 2255 to discuss delivery options and time frames.
Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described product returned to Medimobile within a reasonable timeframe (e.g. within 6 weeks of purchase).
How to return or exchange an item
Simply email email@example.com to request a returns form, then send the completed returns form along with the item/s you wish to return to the following address:

You will not require a postage stamp on your parcel or letter if you use the above address.
Once we have processed your return we will notify you via email.
Please allow two weeks from the day your parcel is delivered to us for your account to be credited, or for your replacement to be sent to you.
